SHIFT TOWARDS ONLINE MODEL – CALENDAR MANAGEMENT
With the recent shift in 2020 to an online model, more businesses are using events to grow new customers. We see this everyday with more YouTube artists and talent, and ever-increasing number of activities such as online yoga and even an open house walkthrough online. Likewise, brick and mortar businesses remain; and they want to draw-in new customers too. For example, restaurants made new accommodations to have outdoor seating to keep their customers coming back. So, we know that businesses want consumers to attend events either virtually or in-person, that they schedule. The problem is that they are very ineffective at actually getting people to attend those events. Why?
